Responsibilities
Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities
Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research
Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database
Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow
Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with new people daily
High energy, resilience, and willingness to put in the work to succeed
Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Team-oriented attitude with competitive drive
Preferred
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting
Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
