Responsibilities

Manage and grow revenue from assigned national accounts to achieve company sales targets
Build long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and execute account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and promotional strategies
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development to deliver tailored solutions
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership
Lead cross-functional account teams to deliver on client needs and drive revenue growth
Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed

Required

Strong background in the staffing industry
Experience in managing and growing revenue from national accounts

Ability to collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development
Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends
Negotiation skills for pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Ability to prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs
Experience in leading cross-functional account teams
Willingness to travel as required

Benefits

On-target earnings: $180,000+ (including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives)
