Business / Sales Development Executive – B2B Security Industry
Wireless CCTV, LLC is a market leader in mobile surveillance systems located in Richardson, Texas. They are seeking Business/Sales Development Executives to perform lead generation and business development activities to support the company's sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the internal Field Sales Teams to grow revenue in an assigned territory. Assists in building and executing a plan to grow the territory's business, both in terms of new customer acquisition and growing existing customer relationships
Researches/sources potential customers using multiple resources including internet, marketing mail campaigns, in-house databases, customer referrals and external lead generation databases
Generates a minimum of 80+ outbound calls per day with potential customers to establish needs, determine decisionmaker(s) and present how WCCTV’s products and services can meet the customers’ security needs
Fills the sales pipeline for the Field Sales Team by setting 12+ qualified sales appointments/meetings per month with the appropriate contacts within the customer's organization
Maintains a full pipeline of potential customers and projects in order to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales activity metrics
Creates and tracks all sales opportunities and customer communications within the CRM system on daily basis
Provides feedback to internal Sales management from customers regarding competitors or WCCTV’s product offerings
Attends internal sales training programs in order to develop a solution sales process in order to meet assigned inside sales metrics and progress within the Sales organization
Qualification
Required
Associated degree in Business or other discipline or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous outbound lead generation or inside sales experience preferred
Experience selling within the Government and SLED sectors
Intermediate understanding of sales principles, business development and sales and marketing strategies utilized in a consultative sales approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to conduct effective and professional business conversations and sales presentations over the phone, virtually or in person
Demonstrated ability to research and prospect sales opportunities and build and maintain strong customer relationships
Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams, lead generations tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision
Demonstrated high attention to details, organizational, planning and time management skills required
Able to meet and exceed the achievable new customer and revenue targets and structure in place
Applicants should also have a naturally competitive nature, be goal oriented, have a great attitude and produce positive energy
Able to commit to the work hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm onsite at the Company's HQ in Richardson, TX
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US
Preferred
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous outbound lead generation or inside sales experience preferred
