Qualification
Required
Two to seven years of experience in defense of premises liability claims or similar types of negligence
Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skills
Strong time management and communication abilities
A detail-oriented mindset
A collaborative, team-first attitude
The ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectively
Experience defending liability claims in litigation, including, but not limited to, discovery, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations, etc
