Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes

Collaborate with team members to improve engineering tools and dashboards for monitoring computing architecture

Plan and execute ad-hoc maintenance tasks

Implement automation tools and frameworks to automate routine tasks

Design, test and execute application and sever maintenance tasks

Maintain supporting documentation for areas of expertise

Conduct post-incident reviews and identify areas of improvement for ling term reliability

Required

3-5 years of required previous experience in Application/Technical or a similar role Support

Post-secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Computer Science, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related field

Experience with Powershell, Python, SQL, Ansible and Linux-based systems

Strong troubleshooting skills with a systematic problem solving approach

Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve well-judged decisions

Strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

To be eligible, candidates must have continuously resided in the continental United States for at least three years immediately preceding their application

Ability to pass an enhanced background check, including a drug screening test (if applicable) and a credit check
