Board Certified - Gastroenterologist for Disability Peer Reviews
Brown & Brown Absence Services Group, LLC is focused on adding value across the absence continuum, providing services such as Claims Management Solutions and Disability Advisory Services. They are seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist to conduct administrative peer reviews on a flexible, part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Work Remotely
Flexible hours (contract work) / 3-5 hours per week
Training and mentoring
Handle administrative tasks
Assist with quality control and audit
Negotiate contracts, reimbursement and billing with clients
Navigate through the streamlined file submission process via secure file review portal
Provide training and mentoring and ongoing partnership with quality review team
Access a stream of work, both case-by-case and longer-term assignments, already vetted and negotiated
Qualification
Required
Active ABIM board certification in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted physician licensure in at least one US State
Must be a permanent resident of a US state or territory
Must maintain at least half-time clinical practice and been in practice for 5 years
