Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight trends in utilization, provider performance, and patient outcomes
Analyze data from claims, authorizations, and operational sources to identify opportunities for operational and clinical improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operations, finance, and compliance to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Support contract analytics tied to utilization management metrics and service-level agreements, including vendor and provider performance tracking
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for diverse audiences
Partner with the central Data team to define use cases and validate data models that enable visibility to actionable insights throughout the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based business models
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exposure to financial modeling or operational analytics
