Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, expense and profitability analysis
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning and strategic initiatives
Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast and provide actionable insights to management
Serve as a key finance partner to business unit leaders, offering financial guidance and support for decision-making
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving performance improvements
Assist in formulating business strategies and advise on key business assumptions, challenges and opportunities, while developing and enhancing management reporting for better business performance insights and performing ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed

Required

Minimum five years of recent experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, preferably within a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited college/university
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, along with required experience using financial planning and analysis software such as Hyperion, SAP or Oracle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and build strong working relationships with business partners
