Responsibilities
Engage with customers in both English and Spanish or Portuguese at event sites and retail locations
Share product information clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions
Deliver in-person product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits
Support with event logistics (setup, coordination, takedown) to ensure smooth execution
Represent our brand with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Record and report customer feedback and event insights to help improve performance
Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and campaign targets
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English + Spanish or English + Portuguese
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in starting conversations
Positive, energetic, and motivated to learn and grow
Adaptive, solution-oriented, and able to think on your feet at live events
Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and open to ongoing coaching
