Responsibilities
Define and lead the Generative AI innovation roadmap across Data & Regulatory Operations
Identify high-impact AI use cases including intelligent automation, workflow optimization, content generation, and advanced analytics
Partner with business, technology, and compliance leaders to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready AI solutions
Lead cross-functional teams through rapid experimentation, pilot programs, and enterprise rollout
Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with measurable value and ROI
Drive adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure innovation is delivered within strong risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading complex initiatives across operations, data, or technology
Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven or automation-led transformation in an enterprise environment
Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Proven track record in process innovation, design thinking, and scalable solution delivery
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Preferred
A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to deliver complex AI transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication abilities
Expertise in data strategy, automation, and process optimization within a regulatory or financial operations environment
