Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload of creditors’ rights and residential foreclosure matters in Florida
Ensure cases are handled timely and effectively—identify and correct delays in case progression
Engage with clients through regular communication and detailed reporting
Deliver high-quality legal work without the pressure of billable hour requirements
Collaborate with and mentor a team of skilled paralegals and legal assistants
Develop and implement processes and templates to improve workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Active Florida law license
4–6 years of experience in foreclosure, title or creditors' rights law, preferably in Florida
Proven success in high-volume practice environments
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to streamline processes and guide support staff
