They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders, focusing on insight generation and decision support through deep analytical work and SQL.

Responsibilities

Lead in-depth, exploratory analyses across customer behavior, funnel performance, retention, and revenue growth to identify drivers and opportunities

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to frame ambiguous business questions and convert them into structured analytical approaches

Write and maintain complex SQL queries to investigate trends, validate hypotheses, and uncover insights across large, multi-source datasets

Design Tableau dashboards with an emphasis on narrative clarity and decision support, tailored to senior and executive audiences

Synthesize analytical findings into clear recommendations, including implications, tradeoffs, and next steps

Analyze lead flow, conversion dynamics, and customer engagement across the full customer lifecycle

Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders, influencing strategy and execution

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience as a data analyst supporting business decision-making in a B2B software or SaaS environment

Advanced SQL skills with experience performing exploratory, ad-hoc analysis beyond standard reporting queries

Strong Tableau experience focused on storytelling, prioritization, and executive-facing insights

Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations

Proven impact influencing marketing, sales, or product decisions through data-driven insights

Experience working with CRM, marketing, and web data sources (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics)

Excellent communication skills with a track record of advising senior stakeholders using data

Highly independent and organized, able to own work end-to-end from intake through insight delivery
