Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams including Payroll, HR, Finance, Benefits, Engineering, and HR Technology to support accurate and compliant payroll processing

Coordinate global payroll operations with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

Manage payroll system configuration, schedules, calendars, and element setup across multiple payroll environments

Maintain earnings and deduction setup tables for domestic and international payrolls

Support monthly and annual expatriate payroll processing

Load, reconcile, and audit data feeds from HRIS platforms into the payroll system; manage recurring payroll data transmissions

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll data, system, and transmission issues

Prepare payroll audits, reconciliations, and control documentation; maintain detailed tracking of payroll activities

Support payroll general ledger processing and balancing in partnership with Finance and technical teams

Assist with year-end payroll activities including incentives, salary changes, relocation expenses, and global taxation matters

Coordinate payroll system updates, enhancements, and testing, including tax updates across applicable regions

Develop and maintain payroll documentation and provide training to global teams on process and system changes

Lead and support cross-functional payroll projects involving HR Technology, Finance, Benefits, and Engineering

Create system specifications, test plans, and implementation strategies for payroll system enhancements
