Responsibilities
Generate and submit accurate and timely invoices for government contracts using the Costpoint ERP system
Review contracts and billing terms to ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines
Allocate project costs accurately to specific contracts and tasks in the Costpoint system
Perform regular billing analysis and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
Maintain the Costpoint system with up-to-date billing and project data
Prepare and present billing-related reports to management
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Costpoint ERP system is required
Strong understanding of government contracting regulations and billing requirements
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
