Responsibilities
6 – 8 Quality Inspections daily
Assist in delivering our industry leading training program
Work with local office manager to open and close the office each day
Leadership or assistant management skills
Maintain working condition of Equipment (vacuum cleaners)
Monitor status of and request refill orders on cleaning supplies
Assist in maintaining the Company’s fleet of vehicles
Responsible for laundry
Ensure employees are adhering to company policies with respect to equipment and supplies, key management, paperwork filing, customer payments, vehicle maintenance, and daily operational directions
Occasionally assist teams in cleaning houses or clean houses as part of a full team
Qualification
Required
Bi-lingual: English and Spanish
Interpersonal Skills – Courteous, cooperative, and positive with fellow employees, supervisors, and customers
Learn and follow all company procedures
Be willing to have tough conversations in a productive manner
Work as a team with all employees and supervisors. Work until the job is done even if not explicitly outlined in the job description
Be able to work an alternating 8-9 hour shift, beginning as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 6:30 pm
Be able to effectively plan out your day, and good sense of time management
Be curious and proactive in accomplishing the company's goals. Even if you feel you have completed your tasks for the day, ask what else you can do to help or if no supervisor available, figure out something productive to do. Curious and proactive employees are rewarded
Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
Valid NC Driver's License or other state until NC license obtained
Entitled to reside and work in the United States
