CarsonLynch is recruiting for a Payroll Manager with a well‑established company in Hebron, KY. This role involves leading payroll operations for approximately 900 employees across multiple locations and driving automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead payroll for ~900 employees (700 hourly) across 5 plants/manufacturing facilities
Drive automation, reporting, and process improvements
Partner with operations and conduct occasional day trips (all within 90 minutes)
Work closely with a PT ADP consultant during modernization
Support the transition of a long‑tenured payroll employee into a new role

Qualification

Payroll leadership experienceMulti-location payroll experienceADP experienceProcess improvementChange management

Required

Strong payroll leadership experience
Multi‑location or high‑volume hourly payroll background
Someone who enjoys improving systems and leading change

Preferred

ADP experience is a plus
