Federal Account Manager
CIBR Warriors is seeking a Federal Account Manager to focus on selling to new customers and growing the existing customer base. The role involves working with contracting officers and partners to sell products and services, as well as preparing proposals and bids.
Responsibilities
Ability to convert leads into opportunities and close deals
Work closely with partners in a collaborative environment
Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps
Cold calling
Develop proposals and bid responses
Effectively demonstrate the value of our company and solutions
Stay on top of industry and technology trends to identify potential opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or better in business, technical discipline, or engineering
Experience with federal markets
5 Years of experience in a customer-facing role
Prior military experience is an asset
Prior experience in technology sales highly desired
Knowledge of telecommunications
Technical aptitude
Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
Self-motivated
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Detail-oriented and good time management skills
Ability to persevere in the face of adversity
Microsoft Office experience
Strong business ethics
Drug test required
