The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for renting and selling portable climate control equipment, while also cultivating existing accounts and developing new business within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Renting and selling portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within assigned territory

Cultivating existing accounts and developing new ones

Working closely with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turn-key solutions

Maximizing penetration within a new and existing customer base

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry

2+ years of direct sales experience

Current/valid driver's license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance

Project management, new business development and customer retention skills

Sales track record in solution-selling approach

High volume sales experience

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job
