Responsibilities

Enter and update marketing forms, sales orders, and client data accurately in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM
Create and maintain new customer accounts and ensure all related information is current and complete
Process invoices, payments, billing adjustments, and credits in alignment with company policies
Assist with revenue recognition schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and accounting standards
Monitor client account activity, including billing pauses, renewals, and payment status
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to resolve discrepancies and support account accuracy
Perform daily reconciliations, reporting, and assist with month-end close activities
Maintain organized and compliant records of billing, collections, and revenue entries
Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and account tracking (VLOOKUPs and formulas)
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across systems and workflows

Required

Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
Understanding of revenue recognition principles and accrual vs. cash accounting
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance preferred
