They are seeking an experienced Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician to travel within the Metro-Atlanta area, performing maintenance tasks, preparing apartments for move-ins, and ensuring property upkeep.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas

Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, which may include the maintenance of the unit, painting, cleaning, HVAC maintenance/repairs and carpet cleaning

Complete work orders and help to monitor and maintain the grounds

Respond to On-Call Emergency in a timely manner

Maintains and repairs buildings: areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping, painting, cleaning, appliances, pools, utilities, elevators, fencing/gates, and fire systems

Assists with moving furniture, appliances, loading, unloading, and storing supplies

Required

High School diploma, or GED equivalency, and a minimum of 1-2 years direct experience as Make Ready or Maintenance Technician for an apartment community

EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certified is required

Thorough understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, landscaping, painting, cleaning, appliances, utilities, elevators, fencing/gates, and fire systems

Must be able to local travel up to 80% of the time
