Responsibilities

Learns and maintains in-depth product and service knowledge necessary to educate customers
Collaboratively work with the Senior Area Sales Manager in setting weekly goals and expectations
Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing customer base and work on a strategy to close those opportunities with the Senior Area Sales Manager
Conduct sales product presentations and in-service training to surgeons, nursing personnel, and biomedical technicians within the Acute Care market
Covers cases for Senior Area Sales Manager at various accounts and provide moderate sales support
Develop clinical relationships that engage physicians and medical staff in support of product demonstrations
Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of on-site meetings with the customers or contact by phone or email
Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements
Submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships
Competently demonstrate value propositions of product offerings to stakeholders
Records customer information in the CRM and monitors for accuracy and opportunities

Required

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Sales or a related field is desired
Minimum of 1 year of experience of outside business to business sales experience
Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally
Outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and critical thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
