Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of order administration, including typing orders, processing sample orders, add-on orders, returns, and handling damaged shipments
Field communications to and from our dealers with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and willingness to assist dealers in all inquiries
Report directly to our Warehouse Manager providing updates and feedback as needed. Keeping in daily communication with our Dealer manager
Oversee all communication and logistics to ensure timely movement of materials to dealer locations
Pulling, packing and shipping samples
Assist in planning and executing quarterly marketing packets
Participate in creating sample chip kits for promotional purposes
Prepare for marketing events such as coverings or similar promotional events
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to do whatever it takes to support dealer partners
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in customer service or sales support
