Operations Systems Manager
Bridge Legal is a hyper-growth tech startup that provides an AI-powered platform for law firms and litigation funders. As an Operations Systems Manager, you will oversee the operational workflows for legal processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in dialing campaigns and data management.
Responsibilities
Launch, monitor, and manage daily marketing and intake campaigns across multiple channels, including phone-based dialing campaigns
Configure and maintain dialing campaigns, including pacing, call routing, dispositions, and lead assignment logic
Troubleshoot operational issues in real time — broken workflows, dialing errors, missing data, stalled leads, dropped calls, or system errors
Work cross-functionally to push updates, adjust targeting, resolve blockers, and keep campaigns and dialing operations on track
Perform daily/weekly operational checks to ensure accuracy across CRM, dialer configurations, pipelines, and intake workflows
Execute recurring operational tasks (imports/exports, QC checks, list uploads, dialer list refreshes, campaign updates, intake routing changes, etc.)
Flag risks early—including dialing performance or capacity issues—and escalate to the appropriate team so nothing slips through the cracks
Build, analyze, and distribute performance dashboards and operational reports, including dialing performance and contact-rate trends
Perform daily/weekly data integrity checks across CRM, dialer systems, and operational tools
Identify trends, issues, and process gaps through data (e.g., conversion rates, call outcomes, campaign performance) and report findings to leadership
Provide actionable recommendations to improve dialing efficiency, campaign performance, and operational throughput
Document, refine, and update workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across intake and dialing operations
Support operational process rollouts, including new dialing strategies, workflows, and campaign adjustments
Identify bottlenecks in lead flow, call handling, or system configuration and partner with teams to improve end-to-end operational performance
Serve as a liaison between internal users and tech support for CRM, dialing software, outreach platforms, and analytics tools
Partner with dialing software vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support new feature rollouts
Evaluate feedback from teams and help translate operational needs into tooling improvements or configuration changes
Support troubleshooting, documentation, and training related to internal systems and new software integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of professional experience in operations, sales operations, or data analysis (internship experience included)
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with automation tools, reporting dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), or SQL
Prior work in a legal tech, SaaS, or sales operations environment
Familiarity with dialer systems such as Convoso or similar technologies
