Qualification
Required
Associate attorney practicing in general liability or insurance defense
Experience in general liability, insurance defense, or closely related litigation
Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Experience taking and defending depositions
Ability to communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Participation in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Development of sound litigation judgment with support from senior attorneys
Reliability and ability to manage matters effectively
Preferred
