Environmental Health Safety Coordinator
SAVI EHS is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the trade contractor’s project team by assisting with day-to-day safety operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with OSHA and site-specific requirements while promoting safe work practices across all scopes of work.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily field safety inspections and observations
Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and Daily Hazard Assessments (DHAs)
Support new hire orientations, toolbox talks, and site-specific safety training
Monitor high-risk activities including energized work, equipment operation, and material handling
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
Maintain accurate safety documentation, logs, and reports
Serve as a safety resource to supervisors and craft workers in the field
Qualification
Required
2+ years of construction safety experience (data center or industrial projects preferred)
Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 considered with relevant experience)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage field personnel effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment

CPR/First Aid preferred
