Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional development, administration, and production support for Oracle EBS EAM, SCM, and Inventory modules
Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications, extensions, and configurations
Assist and backfill support for EAM, INV, and SCM modules as needed
Troubleshoot complex issues and work directly with Oracle Support to resolve service requests
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Configure, test, and deploy Oracle E-Business Suite components
Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, issue resolution, and escalations
Maintain and document all customizations and extensions
Support SOX compliance and required Change Management activities
Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices
Build and maintain system and business knowledge to support users and internal technical teams

Required

5+ years of Oracle EBS R12.2 development experience
Strong experience supporting EAM, Inventory, and/or SCM modules
Hands-on experience with OAF customizations
5+ years of IT experience focused on application development and support
3–5 years of experience with Oracle e-Business Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively on-site
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (CS, MIS, or CIS preferred)

Preferred

Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.14 or 12.2.15
Experience with APEX, Java, and OAF development
Strong understanding of EAM, SCM, and INV technical objects, Application Object Library, and SOA
Experience with implementations, upgrades, and production support
Ability to function as both a Business Analyst and Developer
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
