Understand Requirements and translate them into Designs/Solutions
Define System Architecture – excel in diagram (block, UML, relations, etc)
Produce Design Documents, API specifications (OAS)
Guide the development team to ensure that implementation is according to architecture documents

Identify gaps, potential improvements, and performance enhancements
