Responsibilities

Lead engineers and designers throughout the life of the project
Perform detention, water quality, and piped hydraulic design calculation
Prepare engineering cost estimates
Prepare project-specific technical specifications
Review shop drawings
Perform construction administration duties, including punch list visits and documentation
Oversee project financial status
Assist with marketing proposals
Strong client relationships and must have the ability to develop business

Required

Licensed Professional Engineer or become licensed within one year
Ability to lead, manage, and schedule staff to meet project needs
Ability to collaborate well with a team working toward common goals
Critical thinking and analysis
Experience using Civil 3D CAD modeling
Experience using HEC-RAS modeling
Experience using detention programs such as PondPack
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must complete a background check
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
