Responsibilities
Oversee the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate monthly close of the books
Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Support external audit and examination requests
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls
Provide technical accounting research and guidance as needed, particularly focused on revenue recognition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the fields of Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including experience with ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition
Demonstrated experience managing general ledger and monthly close processes
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
