Assist with enrollment projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain records in databases/spreadsheets with accurate enrollment status notes
Follow up on submissions and escalate issues to permanent team members when needed
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Other duties as assigned to support the enrollment team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete repetitive work accurately
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Basic to intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
