Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement: Represent our clients and promote their offerings through direct, in-person sales. You’ll interact with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and help guide purchasing decisions
Leadership Development: Get trained by experienced professionals who will mentor you through every stage of the business, helping you develop essential leadership and management skills
Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with fellow trainees and senior staff to hit team goals, improve customer experience, and drive business results
Client Relations: Support client expectations by delivering outstanding service, maintaining professional standards, and contributing to the success of campaigns and events
Career Progression: Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and performance in the field to earn advancement into supervisory and management roles
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in sales, business, or customer service
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
