Responsibilities
Build and present comprehensive financial plans, guiding clients across tax, retirement, and legacy strategies
Lead client relationships post-onboarding, conducting regular review meetings and strategy sessions with support from the Founder
Hybrid schedule: only 1–2 days in-office (weekly team meeting and occasional client visits); remainder of the week remote
Competitive compensation package ($110,000 – $130,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $15,000 – $25,000, with long-term equity and revenue-sharing upside, unlimited PTO
Entrepreneurial culture with direct mentorship and a clear career path into leadership as the firm grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
CFP (or in final stages of completion)
4+ years of client-facing financial planning experience
Strong communication skills, growth mindset, and desire to contribute to a scaling RIA
Preferred
Proficiency with planning software (RightCapital or eMoney preferred)
