Focus entirely on prospecting and business development, not account management
Bottom line...your compensation is not dependent on closing the case. You did the most important part by bringing people together
Qualification
Required
Proven sales professional who has successfully opened doors and brought in prospects
Comfortable prospecting, following up, and hearing 'no' without slowing down
More interested in autonomy and upside than a cushy title
Confident starting conversations with senior decision-makers
Regional and national sales experience
