Human Resources Manager
The QTI Group is partnering with a fast-growing manufacturer in the Chippewa Valley to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives. Supporting around 300 employees, you will serve as a hands-on HR leader to shape employee experience while managing day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals
Drive cultural initiatives by serving as a champion for programs that strengthen engagement and integrate a bilingual workforce
Implement strategies for leadership development and internal talent growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment
Oversee full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
Lead compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, WC, etc.)
Serve as an advisor and resource for biweekly payroll processing and benefits administration
Lead benefits strategy and manage relationships with benefit brokers and partners
Partner with the Safety Manager to support site safety initiatives, workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
5+ years of progressively more responsible HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
Proven ability to lead HR teams and drive cultural and employee development initiatives
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, payroll, and benefits
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Familiarity with self-insured benefits plans is a plus!
