Site Acquisition Representative
IONNA is a company focused on generating new acquisition opportunities, and they are seeking a Site Acquisition Representative. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers/site hosts to build a strong sales pipeline for the organization.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking)
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
Conduct initial conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit
Schedule meetings for various different team members
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Track performance on agreed schedules and in Salesforce
Collaborate on communication and forecasting of progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and lead generation techniques
Willingness to travel nationally
Preferred
Background in business development within customers such as convenience, QSR, or fueling networks
