The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing research findings while training students in laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities
Perform experiments testing function of selected miRNAs
Chronic culturing of human keratinocytes overexpressing selected miRNAs and exposed to arsenite
Analyze transcriptomic and proteomic data
Prepare manuscripts and poster presentations reporting experimental results
Prepare fellowship applications
Train students in laboratory procedures
Work in collaborative environment with other laboratory personnel
Plan and execute research experiments
Analyze experimental data and maintain up to date research notebooks
Reading literature relevant to research and training objectives
Preparation of manuscripts and written reports
Prepare fellowship applications
Oral presentations at group/local meetings, attendance at seminars
Training students and technicians
Qualification
Required
PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Toxicology or related discipline
Preferred
Experience in metals toxicology
First author publication record
Human cell culture experience
Next generation sequence analyses
Proteomics analyses
Experience in mechanisms of action of non-coding RNAs
