Responsibilities

Help drive and influence the growth strategy of Sana with the goal of acquiring new customers for our two products across all our markets

Drive revenue for Sana and build our brand through all types of growth activities, including performance marketing, events, conferences, partnerships, creating content, optimizing and testing our website, analyzing data, and beyond

Design, execute, and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end, including A/B tests on Sana’s website

Use data to identify and executive on areas of strength and opportunity for Sana’s marketing team

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS to inform strategic decisions

Required

2+ years of experience in highly data-driven growth roles at tech startups or venture capital firms

Proven track record of owning and impacting ambitious metrics and goals

Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify effective solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with high autonomy

Proficient in data analytics, capable of extracting key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

Motivated by excellence, consistently striving for greatness in all endeavors

Excellent communication and writing skills

Attention to detail and strong project management skills

An entrepreneurial spirit and founder mindset, eager to build our marketing team for scale while being more interested in learning than being right

Willingness to step beyond immediate areas of responsibility and acquire new skills in order to tackle emerging opportunities
