This role involves designing process flow diagrams, supporting system layout, and collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable system performance.

Responsibilities

Create detailed P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and process documentation for polyurethane processing systems

Perform process calculations including pump sizing, flow/pressure analysis, and heat transfer evaluations

Support commissioning and start-up activities for customer installations, including technical troubleshooting and process validation

Partner with the Sales team to help define system scope, answer technical questions, and support development of proposals

Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering to ensure seamless integration of piping, pumps, valves, sensors, heat exchangers, and process equipment

Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, including OSHA, ASME, and applicable chemical handling practices

Prepare and maintain documentation, specifications, and process-related content for equipment manuals

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with Cross-functional collaboration
