Responsibilities

Administer and support VMware and Nutanix environments

Manage Palo Alto firewalls including rule changes, VPNs, and updates

Support email security solutions such as phishing protection and spam filtering

Perform system provisioning, patching, upgrades, and monitoring

Troubleshoot infrastructure and security-related issues

Support backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems

Respond to infrastructure and security alerts and incidents

Maintain system documentation and operational procedures

Partner with security leadership on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering

Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Nutanix

Experience supporting enterprise firewall platforms (Palo Alto preferred)

Familiarity with email security solutions

Strong understanding of virtualization, networking fundamentals, and security best practices

Preferred

VMware, Nutanix, Palo Alto, or security-related certifications

Experience in compliance-driven environments (PCI, SOC, etc.)

Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
