Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, S-1, etc.) and other regulatory reporting
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including ASC 606, ASC 718, business combinations, and other US GAAP matters
Partner with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits and related deliverables
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance

Required

Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting experience
Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, S-1, etc.) and other regulatory reporting
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including ASC 606, ASC 718, business combinations, and other US GAAP matters
Partner with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits and related deliverables
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting standards
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage complex accounting issues and partner across finance and business teams

Preferred

CPA preferred with 5+ years of public company accounting experience, including SEC reporting
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Sage Intacct experience a plus
