Responsibilities
Own all core accounting operations (GL, close, financial reporting, audits)
Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls across a multi-site platform
Lead acquisition accounting, purchase accounting, and post-close integration
Optimize accounting systems, processes, and controls for scale (ERP experience strongly preferred)
Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate accounting team
Partner closely with FP&A, operations, and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
CPA required
8+ years of progressive accounting experience (Controller or equivalent)
Healthcare experience strongly preferred (multi-site required)
Private equity–backed experience required
Deep expertise in GAAP, audits, internal controls, and M&A accounting
Preferred
Sage Intacct experience
Hands-on, execution-oriented leader with strong executive presence
Comfortable operating in high-growth, evolving environments
