Responsibilities

Performs complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis and research

Leads in the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system

Works directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a program's system and technical product development

Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines

Maintains a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and acts independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise

Will support the ATO and accreditation processes

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments

Plans and leads major technology assignments

Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

May supervise others

Lead the efforts of: design, develop, test, maintain and deploy new software applications

Analyze and design new software solutions based on user and technical requirements

Develop software in the AWS cloud

Analyze existing architecture and new requirements and prepare technical recommendations

Collaborate with cross functional teams

Lead and mentor the technical development team
