Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable
Edgewood Properties, Inc. is a leading real estate development and property management company established in 1992. They are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable to manage invoicing, coordinate with project managers, and handle various office administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Site Invoicing – Manage subcontractor & vendor invoices from inception following company protocol
Coordinate with purchasing manager on various tasks included but not limited to sub contracts, purchase orders and delivery tickets
Track and manage credit card transactions for site use such as Home Depot etc.…
Payroll Responsibilities such as data entry, tracking time off etc.…
Coordinate with project managers to ensure invoices are being tracked, submitted and signed off in a timely manner
Coordinate with Site Supervisors & Foreman to ensure hours are being submitted, daily work sheets are being submitted/ tracked, & Delivery tickets are being submitted
Order and manage office supplies within the division
Various office admin responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be highly organized with good follow up skills
Must have good communication skills
High school diploma required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Preferred
2-3 years knowledge in the Construction Industry
College preferred but not necessary
