Responsibilities
Post job openings and manage applicant flow through the ATS
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
Conduct initial resume reviews and coordinate candidate screenings
Schedule interviews and communicate next steps with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation
Partner with the HR team to support hiring priorities and timelines
Assist with offer preparation and pre-employment steps as needed
Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
Provides support with additional HR administration duties as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
Clear and professional communication, strong organizational and time-management skills and discretion with confidential information
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field
SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification in Human Resources Management
Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
