Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced business education is a plus
8+ years of experience across product management, engineering, sales, or marketing
Strong application or systems engineering foundation
Proven success commercializing technical products
Experience with HVAC, thermal management, or industrial systems
Ability to bridge technical detail with business strategy
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as business needs require
