Responsibilities
Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events
Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts with MSAs / MSPs / SOW / Staff Augmentation
Build strong client relationships with hiring managers and executives
Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top IT talent
Negotiate and close deals to exceed revenue targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT staffing sales or consulting services experience
Proven track record in new business development (hunting)
Experience with staff augmentation and SOW/project-based sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability
