Build new customer relationships
Identify business opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads
Make customer visits to facilitate sales
Improve and maintain CRM
Professionally demonstrate Chism Automation’s capability and scope
Document and understand customer needs
Gather information and solutions to provide to applications engineer for quote preparation
Effectively communicate with customers, account managers, and application engineers

Qualification

Required

Strong technical skills (Preferred Sales Engineering or account management background)
3 years of technical sales experience
Positive attitude and demeanor
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional organization
Strong work ethic and detail oriented
Ability to travel up to 80% within region
