Quality Improvement Project Manager

The Quality Improvement Project Manager will leverage their skills and understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program to enhance client care and health outcomes, while collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and monitor quality improvement plans.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with the CQM committees, staff, and funders
Developing, implementing, and monitoring QI plans
Measuring performance
Aligning with RWHAP Parts in the service area
Data utilization and interpretation for clinical quality management
Collaborating with the AHF IT Department to ensure the validity of data and the development and maintenance of internal reports
Submitting periodic reports to funders
Participating in local and national quality improvement collaboratives as requested
Championing consumer involvement by magnifying the voices of people with lived experience through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups
Qualification
Required
Experience, skills, education, and comprehensive understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program
Ability to collaborate with CQM committees, staff, and funders
Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring QI plans
Ability to measure performance and align with RWHAP Parts in the service area
Skills in data utilization and interpretation for clinical quality management
Ability to collaborate with the AHF IT Department to ensure the validity of data and the development and maintenance of internal reports
Experience in submitting periodic reports to funders
Participation in local and national quality improvement collaboratives
Championing consumer involvement through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups

Interaction with healthcare providers and ancillary staff within the healthcare center
Contribution to meeting the deliverables of the Ryan White contract
