Responsibilities

Advise on all legal aspects of blockchain operations, including validator agreements, staking structures, token emissions, and governance mechanisms

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (e.g. investment, commercial, SaaS, IP licensing, vendor, partnership, and validator contracts)

Monitor regulatory developments across major jurisdictions relating to crypto assets, securities, and AML/KYC

Guide ongoing token compliance, treasury management, and secondary-market activity

Partner with internal teams to ensure product launches and ecosystem initiatives align with global legal standards

Manage external counsel relationships and coordinate on complex cross-border matters

Build internal legal frameworks, policies, and document templates

Advise leadership on regulatory risk, compliance exposure, and strategic opportunities
