Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and advocacy
Draft and refine motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and legal memoranda with precision and persuasive clarity
Work closely with trial attorneys to craft compelling legal arguments tailored to each case
Stay abreast of evolving employment law precedents, legislative changes, and court rulings
Analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to strengthen and refine legal positions
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
4+ years of experience in legal research and writing, with a strong focus on employment law
Proven ability to draft high-impact legal briefs, dispositive motions, and appellate filings
Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with litigation teams
Preferred
Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission
